Trainer to the stars Samantha Jackson has launched a new group wellness program, allowing more Australians to receive the ‘celebrity treatment’ and join her star-studded list of fitness clients, including Hollywood hotshot, Mel Gibson.

The Peak Physique Club expands the celebrity trainer’s well known one-on-one service into a group setting, with a hands-on eight week module based learning program.

The service will work to equip participants with the tools they need to achieve their peak physique, going beyond just numbers and helping them find their individualised versions of optimum health. This holds particular importance in a pandemic driven world, as improving nutrition can help support an optimised immune system, helping lessen the risk of serious disease.1

Across the eight weeks, the program covers all aspects of wellness, educating participants on fitness and nutrition, using discipline and consistency to create a long-lasting lifestyle change.

The in-depth program will see participants join weekly video calls, receive tailored exercise video packages, and gain access to an online forum offering advice and support from Samantha herself. Participants will also receive a series of workbooks, cheat sheets, journals, and trackers that they can continue to use post program.

Split into three levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced, the self-directed course takes the Samantha Jackson ethos to a group setting, with tailored programs to suit individual needs based on capability.

Trainer Samantha Jackson said she’s looking forward to expanding her highly engaged course to the wider public, which has been a long-time objective for the business.

I’ve always wanted to make this educative process more accessible and spread the message on finding and maintain your peak form. It’s exciting to see this finally come to fruition,” she said.

The program is very much about educating clients on finding and sustaining their peak physique. It’s not about looking like an athlete or not – it’s how your body feels to you, as the person who lives inside it.

Having worked with author and body language expert Allan Pease, Samantha’s programs have been heavily impacted by his research, using techniques that ensure the long-term adoption of certain lifestyle habits.

I get clients to really take their involvement to a new level through handwritten journaling and reflection, which is 42% more effective when it comes to goal setting. This is what helps clients adopt long term habits, which is my ultimate goal.”

To enforce this further, past participants will gain access to a private Facebook group post program, where the Peak Physique Club can share and connect based on their own findings and experiences.

The premium program officially launches on 31 January 2022 and will be available worldwide at $499 AUD. Sign-ups can be made at www.peakphysiqueclub.online
